I am giving a poor rating because of the extra charge of $80 because I live in a rural area. When this site was Smart Smokers there was never that charge. I spoke with a representive who told me this would be charged every time I placed a order. I don't live in the bush of Alaska or the outback. Believe it or not the US postal service and UPS drive by my house every day. We even have indoor plumbing. In my opinion this is a unnecessary and excessive charge. Im sorry I will not be able to do business with you.

Response: Unfortunately, the PACT Act prohibits shipping of certain tobacco products through the U.S. Postal Service and other national delivery services have chosen not to ship tobacco. We understand that you are unhappy with the extra charge for shipping into a rural area but we have been forced to ship your products through local carriers whose rates are much higher. Please keep in mind you cannot get many of these lower cost brands and styles in your local retail stores and we are doing everything possible to keep costs as low as possible.
